Orlando-based Majors Investments plans to break ground on a new medical building for independent physicians in the Lake Nona area of Orlando just up the road from Medical City. The 30,000 square-foot Lake Nona Medical Village project at 10920 Moss Park Road is nearly fully-leased, with only four spaces remaining. Sunshine Medical Construction LLC has been chosen as the general contractor with Dale Parsons as the project architect. Construction should get underway by the end of the year and complete by September 2016.
