With an investment of nearly PLN 100m, mBank is building new headquarters in the city of 艁贸d偶. The new office building is part of the Nowe Centrum 艁odzi scheme, which will neighbor the EC1 project and the city鈥檚 main railway station. Ghelamco is reportedly partnering with Budomal in the project. The bank鈥檚 new headquarters along with Skanska鈥檚 Brama Miasta office project (now under construction) at Nowe Centrum 艁odzi, will add a total of 80,000 sqm of office space to the 艁贸d藕 market.
Jacek Popio艂ek, head of mBank鈥檚 real estate department, said that the company is considering transferring some part of its operations from Warsaw to 艁贸d藕.
