Buroj Property Development is planning to build a mixed-use project in Trnovo. Buroj Ozone will include residential units, hotels, retail centers and other facilities.
Construction is scheduled to start this year, with costs expected to hit €2.3bn. A sales campaign for the apartments and villas has already begun.
Buroj Property Development was established in 2007 with various areas of activity in the real estate development sector.
