Clearwater-based Fisher Architecture has been hired to design the Mariner Cove Apartments in Fort Pierce, Florida. The project consists of a total of 216 2-3 bedroom townhouse units divided into thirty buildings along with a new club house and pool. The developer, Mariner Cove Builders has site plan approval and plans to break ground 1st quarter of 2016.
