Avestus is teaming up with Eiffage Polska Nieruchomości to develop a new office building on Postępu 5A street in Warsaw’s Służewiec neighborhood. Called Kwadrat Postępu, the project will add 21,000 sqm of new office space to the Warsaw market. Avestus will be working with the owner of the land, which market sources indicate is the French contractor Eiffage. “We expect to start construction next year. We’re already in talks with some tenants,” says Mariusz Frąckiewicz, head of Avestus in Poland.
Having established itself in Kraków, one of Poland’s most developed regional markets, Avestus is looking for opportunities in other cities such as Wrocław and Łódź. “It’s still too soon to provide more details at the moment, but we see tenant demand continuing to be strong on Poland’s top regional markets,” said Frąckiewicz, adding that Avestus expects Poland’s BPO and SSE to continue consolidating.
