Immobel is partnering with Universale International to develop the CBD One office project in Warsaw, according to Polish media reports. The 22-meter building will go up near the newly completed Świętokszyska metro station, adding 18,000 sqm and 83 parking places to central Warsaw. The company is still waiting for a building permit for the project.
Entering Poland in 2011, Immobel’s Polish portfolio includes includes Okrąglak and Kwadraciak, Warsaw’s CEDET, CBD One, Eko Natolin and Warszawie Granaria.
