Expedia has chosen Corso Court in Prague 8-Karlín as its new global center. The US travel services company is planning to create hundreds of jobs in the Czech Republic and signed a lease on 7,000 sqm at Corso Court with Skanska Property Czech Republic. The building is now fully leased and may be eventually sold off. Cushman & Wakefield represented Expedia in the deal, while Skanska was represented by Wilson & Partners. Expedia, which onws global travel websites like Hotels.com and Hotwire.com, plans to create its new back office in Prague.
