AkzoNobel took more than 1,900 sqm of office space at The Park Warsaw. Colliers International advised the tenant. Operating in 80 countries, the chemical company has more than 57,000 employees. The company’s portfolio includes brands like Dulux, Nobiles, Sadolin, Hammerite and Sikkens.
The Park Warsaw office complex offers 110,000 sqm of leasable space in 10 buildings. The BREEAM Excellent-certified project is located on Krakowiaków street in Warsaw’s Włochy district. The co-owners are AIG and White Star.
