Tampa-based NJR Property Investments LLC has broken ground on a new luxury townhouse development in downtown St. Petersburg. Located at 141 Fourth Ave. North, Regents Lane will have 20 units for sale with prices beginning at $848,500. The four story townhomes will offer 2,335 square feet and a private elevator, three bedrooms, three and a half baths, a two-car garage and a private rooftop deck. With reservations for five of the units in place, the developer is expecting a one-year turn construction period.
