An affiliate of JHM Hotels has purchased the former Crowne Plaza Orlando Lake Buena Vista for $27.8 million. The 241 room hotel on S. Apopka Vineland Road will be renamed the Delta Orlando Lake Buena Vista and will open this December. HM Hotels, which paid just under $115,353 per room, has nine other hotels in the Orlando area.
