Rhine Immo SRL is planning to build a new mixed-use scheme on the former Metalcar factory site in Sibiu. The project will offer 414 apartments over 40,000 sqm in 28 buildings. Plans also include 200 sqm of commercial space. Construction, set to break ground at the beginning of 2016, is scheduled to take five years. Costs are estimated at about €20m.
