Standard & Poor gave NEPI a preliminary BBB- credit rating for long-term financing with a stable outlook. “NEPI’s business profile is supported by its position as the largest owner of retail in Romania,” the ratings agency wrote in a report. A final rating will be determined after one year. The developer’s Romanian portfolio includes a number of shopping centers, including Mega Mall, Promenade, Vulcan Value Center, Auchan Titan, City Park Constanta, Ploiesti Shopping City Mall Braila and Galati Shopping City. NEPI’s office schemes include Floreasca Business Park and The Lakeview in Bucharest, Business Centre in Timisoara and The Office in Cluj.
