48 MacDougal Street Realty, in care of Townhouse Associates has purchased a Chase Bank branch in West Palm Beach for $6.4 million. The 5,126 square-foot bank branch at 326 Banyan Boulevard sold for $1,248 per square foot. The single-story building dates back to 1926 and is located one block north of the historical heart of downtown West Palm Beach. The seller, Chicago-based real estate management firm SRE Holdings, bought the building in August 2013 for $5.3 million.
