Martin Skalický, the former head of Česká spořitelna’s REICO investment company, has been appointed director of Edulios, a new real estate investment fund for qualified investors, recently launched by Cimex. Skalický has 20 years of experience in real estate. He worked for Cushman & Wakefield since 1993 and also spent a few years in Warsaw, where he managed a commercial property portfolio for ING Real Estate Investment Asset Management. In 2007, he joined REICO as manager of the ČS nemovitostní fond. He was appointed chairman of the board and general director of REICO in 2012. He has been member of RICS since 2006.
