Central Florida Development has broken ground on a new spec warehouse in Plant City. Located at County Line Road on U.S. Highway 92 in Plant City, the project will span 100,000 square-feet of warehouse space. With no tenants signed, the developer will be courting manufacturers, distributors and even office users, in both Tampa and Orlando. Plant City’s recent focus on economic development, by means of creating its own organization to pursue deals, is a driving force behind the new warehouse. The developer expects construction to wrap up in January of 2016.
