Cimex has launched a new real estate investment fund Edulios. The fund of qualified investors offers opportunities to invest into top commercial properties. The fund will have specialized sub-funds with different investment strategies that will focus on different types of assets, such as office, retail and hotels. The first sub-fund Edulios Alfa will exclusively target revenue-making office buildings in Prague. The yield is expected to be between 6 and 8 percent.
