Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers, on behalf of the SIS Fund, acquired the ParkView Business office and retail building in Essen from Arsatec GmbH. The price of the deal was not disclosed.
Located on Friedlich-Ebert-Strasse, the newly completed ParkView Business offers 3,163 sqm of offices and 525 sqm of retail units as well as 33 parking spots. The largest tenant is Veganz, Europe’s first vegan supermarket chain.
