Tatra Asset Management (TAM), the real estate fund of Tatra bank, named CBRE asset manager of three buildings in the City Business Center (CBC) complex in Bratislava. CBRE will oversee buildings III, IV and V. TAM acquired the buildings from the developer HB Reavis in 2014. The buildings, located on KaradžiÄova street, total 26,000 sqm. Tenants include Swiss RE, Sygic, Johnson & Johnson and Schneider Electric.
