J&T Real Estate launched flat sales at its Fuxova highrise in Bratislava’s Petržalka district. Construction of the 24-story apartment building is to start this month, with completion scheduled for late 2017. The project will offer 276 one- to four-room units on offer at prices ranging from €74,000 to €139,000 or €2,200-2,400/sqm. Seventy units have been already sold, according to J&T.
