Jan Hospodář, head of sales and acquisitions at CBRE, is leaving the global consultancy to establish 108 Investment Advisory with Jakub Holec, head of 108 Agency. Hospodář and Holec believe their new company will be able to broker €50m worth of property investment transactions next year, writes the server e15.
