Forte Partners is planning an office scheme for Bucharest’s Orhideea district. Bridge will offer 56,000 sqm of space in two 10-story buildings. The developer intends to invest €85m into the project, with €60m earmarked for the first phase, says Geo Mărgescu, co-founder and CEO of Forte Partners. Construction is set to break ground early next year.
Forte Partners is currently developing a 7,700 sqm office building in Bucharest’s Stefan cel Mare district. The €10m project is scheduled for completion in September 2016.
