IBA Capital Partners acquired the Vodafone Spain headquarters in Madrid. The campus includes five buildings covering 50,000 sqm as well as 1,500 parking spots. IBA’s real estate portfolio, valued at €650m, includes the headquarters of several businesses and organizations, including Unión Editorial, Día, Enagás and BMW as well as the ABC Serrano shopping center in Madrid.
