Lisa Jesmer named Franklin Street VP of Management Services

The property company Franklin Street has hired Lisa Jesmer as Vice President of Management Services. Based in Miami, Jesmer’s responsibilities will include securing new management contracts, developing client relationships and recruiting office and industrial brokers for the firm. Prior to joining Franklin, Jesmer worked at CBRE, serving as Senior Director of Asset Services for the South Florida market, and she managed Jackson Health Systems’ real estate portfolio for five years. She also spent 20 years with Jones Lang LaSalle.
