WCM Beteiligungs- und Grundbeitz-AG secured a €84m loan from pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank to acquire two office properties in Berlin and Frankfurt. The deal closed in September.
The office building in Berlin offers 9,600 sqm of space and 48 parking spaces. The main tenant is a software company listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The 28,400 sqm Frankfurt property, meanwhile, includes 366 parking spaces. The main tenant is the State of Hessen.
