Socimi Merlin Properties recently bought several logistics assets around Spain as well as a stake in a Madrid shopping center. The logistics portfolio includes five warehouses in Madrid and Guadalajara. The company also acquired a 50-percent stake in the Arturo Soria Plaza shopping center in Madrid after taking over Obraser for €34.8m.
