Penta plans to build five highrises in the Čulenova zone in central Bratislava. The developer has teamed up with renowned architect Zaha Hadid on the project, which is a redevelopment of the former Bratislavska teplarenska area, bordering Landererova, Karadžičova and Mlynske nivy streets. Penta plans to start construction of the first 31-story tower in mid-2016. The first phase will offer 800 flats. Completion is set for 2019.
