FairPlay Properties, a Bulgarian real estate investment trust, announced the early repayment of two bond issues worth €3.47m. The repayment was approved at a general shareholders meeting and will be financed by a bank loan, company representatives said.
In 2006, FairPlay Properties issued a €1.55m bond, maturing in August 2017. In 2013, it issued another one, worth €1.95m, maturing in January 2021.
The company invests in the construction and management of residential buildings, commercial centers, logistic parks, hotels and holiday resorts.
