The developers of Militari Residence are partnering with the businessmen Robu Nastase to build two apartment blocks near Tineretului Park in downtown Bucharest.
Carol City Park will offer 313 apartments on 6,000 sqm, while Tineretului City will offer 148 apartments on 2,000 sqm. The apartments will be on offer for €1,250 per sqm.
