Alpha Group Investments in planning to build a shopping center and an offices in Timisoara. The project is expected to cost €80m. Timisoara Centrum will go up on Calea Circuvalatiunii and will offer 60,000 sqm, including 10,000 sqm of office space. The project’s retail component, Timisoara Centrum, will include more than 140 shops. Carrefour will anchor the project.
The shopping center will also offer a 10-screen multiplex cinema with 10 rooms and restaurants. Construction is set to start this fall, with 33,000 sqm of office space expected to be completed by the end of the year.
