US investor Apollo and German asset manager Publity bought the Bridge portfolio from Hatfield Philips International (HPI) for €330m. The portfolio includes the Alt-Moabit office park in Berlin, Kaiserswerther Strasse 117-123 in Düsseldorf, Abraham-Lincoln-Park 1 in Wiesbaden, a Deutsche Bahn property in Frankfurt’s Gallusviertel district, and an office building in Sulzbach. A sixth building, still occupied by Vodafone in Eschborn, was sold to Publity. The properties have a total leasable space of 190,000 sqm and generate an annual rental income of €28m.
