Deka Immobilien has sold Panorama Business Center in Prague 2 to Mint Investments. The investment manager acquired the property for its closed end private-equity fund Mint Find 8. Deka Immobilien was advised by CBRE, CMS and TPA Horwath, while Mint was represented by Wilson & Partners. The price of the deal was not disclosed. Panorama Business Center, located just above Wenceslas Square, offers 6,800 sqm of office space and parking for 90 cars. The building has a BREEAM In-Use Good certificate. The building is 60 percent leased to seven tenants.
