Savills was appointed to oversee apartment sales at Złota 44 in Warsaw. Amstar and BBI Development restarted sales at the luxury residential project in April. Units, ranging between 60 sqm and 250 sqm, are on offer for PLN 28,000 per sqm, including tax and fit-outs. “We’ve also added some built-to-suit apartments to the offer, starting at 240 sqm, as well as penthouses, starting at 1,000 sqm,” said Rafał Szczepański, vice president of BBI Development.
Designed by Daniel Libeskind, Złota 44 is one of the highest residential buildings within the EU. The project changed hands last year, with Amstar acquiring the investment from Orco Property Group, after the developer was taken over by the Czech billionaire Radovan Vítek for €50m.
