N&S Properties, a Weston-based company managed by Alvaro E. Correa, has secured a $14.97 million construction loan to build a new Morrison Hotel in Dania Beach. The 143-room hotel will be located on a 0.9-acre site at 28 S. Federal Highway. Dania Beach is located near Port Everglades and the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport. N&S Properties bought the property in 2014 for $1.8 million. The loan was provided by Coral Gables-based Banesco USA.
