Tenants of the shopping center Coresi Shopping Resort, excepting Auchan, recorded in the first six months after opening sales of about €25 m. From spring till present date, over 4 million clients visited the shopping center developed by Immochan in Brasov.
Coresi Shopping Resort is currently rented at a rate of about 98 percent and Immochan is in talks to lease the free space.
