CTP buys DNV park in Bratislava

Aviva Investors, J&T Real Estate, SachsenFonds Asset Management sold DNV Logistics Park to CTP. The price of the deal was undisclosed. JLL Slovakia represented the sellers in the transaction. “The acquisition of CTPark Bratislava confirms our Central European expansion strategy,” says Radek Zeman, CTP’s CFO. “The park is ideally located directly adjacent to the Volkswagen Bratislava manufacturing plant, on the outskirts of the Slovak capital with direct road and rail links to the Czech Republic, Austria and Hungary.” The location makes the park, rebranded CTPark Bratislava, attractive for Volkswagen subcontractors and is currently leased to several tenants including Schnellecke, MC Syncro, Magna and Duvenbeck.
