Axa Real Estate Investment bought two abandoned buildings in Burjassot for €20m. The buildings were developed by Coresol and subsequently foreclosed by Bancaja and then Nau. Ava has partnered with IMED Hospitales to develop a hospital at the site. Under the terms of the agreement, Axa Real Estate Investment Managers will oversee the redevelopment, while IMED Hospitales will take on the management of the health center.
