Panattoni Europe is planning to build a new manufacturing hall for Bombardier Transportation in Wrocław. The 19,377 sqm facility will go up next to the company’s existing manufacturing plant. The new warehouse will be used to manufacture modern passenger train cars, including those for ICx high-speed trains. Completion is set for June 2016. The deal was brokered by Colliers International.
“To date, we have had the pleasure of supporting our partners in light manufacturing, including small household appliances, car interior components or even quads. A contract with a leading maker of rolling stock in Poland, Bombardier Transportation Polska, is a new challenge for us and a significant milestone in the development of not just our company but of our sector as a whole,” said Robert Dobrzycki, CEO of Panattoni Europe.
