Finnish residential developer YIT, which is active in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, is entering the Polish market. The company says it wants to be among the top five developers on the Polish residential market. Unlike in Slovakia, YIT will not have its own construction branch in Poland. YIT’s CEE director, Tom Sandvik, told Trend.sk that Poland is the logical next step for a company that’s already present in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Russia and three Baltic states.
