The Embassy of Egypt relocated its headquarters to Dorobanti Square in northern Bucharest, where many other embassies are based. DTZ Echinox brokered the deal. Built in 1942, the property was fully renovated eight years ago and offers easy access to central Bucharest.
“We decided to relocate the official residence after more than 20 years spent in an interwar villa, which no longer met our current needs in terms of decorations and wear,ā said Egyptian Ambassador H.E. Alaaeldin Aly Mohamed Shawky Elhadidi.
