In a deal worth €80m, UBM Development took over Poleczki Business Park from its JV partner CA Immo. Underway in Warsaw, the office complex will offer 210,000 sqm in 16 buildings. A total of 65,000 sqm has already been delivered in two phases, with another 8,500 sqm set to be delivered next. “Our priority is to offload our portfolio, which is worth €700m. Taking over this particular project will make the selling process more efficient,” said UBM’s CEO Karl Bier.
