Weybridge Holdings, a subsidiary of Tiriac Imobiliare, took over a 40-percent stake in Global East European Investment from Abi Khalil Chahine and Daim Imobiliara. Global East European Investment, which is developing the Buzeşti Center in Bucharest.
Construction is set to break ground near Piata Victoriei next year. The building will offer 35,000 sqm on 12 floors.
