Odien Group bought a high-end hotel and marina in Croatia. The owner of the Čedok travel agency is taking over the Grand Hotel Lav and Grand Marina in Split. The price of the deal was not disclosed. The five-star hotel with the largest adjoining private marina in Croatia includes more than 40 shops, an 800-meter beach and a 2,500 sqm conference center. The hotel has 381 rooms and its marina can fit 75 yachts. Michael Saran, head of Odien Group, says the company looking for additional investment opportunities in the region.
