The City of Prague has canceled the planning permit for the controversial “Marshmallow” residential that was set to go up on a plot next to St Agnes monastery in the Prague’s historical city center. The city said the project does not suit Prague’s construction rules. The owner of the plot also does not support the plans. The investor, Praga Progetti e Investimenti, said it plans to appeal the decision.
