Apartment prices in Bucharest fell by an average of 1.68 percent in August from the previous month, according to data published by HomeFinders.
The average price for apartments in the medium to premium segments remained stagnant in August at €67,000 compared with the same month last year. However, prices in the city’s outer districts fell by an average of 5.66 percent from €53,000 to €50,000, the data shows.
