Ewa Daszkowska was named property manager of P3’s Polish team. She will help to oversee a portfolio of nearly 500,000 sqm of existing space as well as an additional 800,000 sqm of space that’s planned or underway. She will directly manage two properties, totaling 216,000 sqm, to the southwest of Warsaw: P3 Piotrków and P3 Mszczonów parks. Daszkowska joins P3 from CA Immo Real Estate Management Poland, where she was a property manager for industrial-office complexes in Blonie and Lódż for more than four years. Daszkowska has nearly 10 years of experience in property management. She holds a masters degree from Warsaw’s Collegium Civitas. She also studied property management at the Real Estate University in Warsaw.
“Ewa has been working with us on a part-time basis since the beginning of August, and we are delighted that she is now able to join the team full time,” says Andrzej Wroński, P3’s country head for Poland.
