Aydin Karaduman was named chairman of DIC Asset AG’s management board. He will take over from Ulrich Hölle on Jan. 1. Hölle will be heading GEG German Estate Group, the new joint venture between DIC Group and the financial investor KKR. Karaduman is currently the executive president of Bilfinger’s real estate division.
