Patrizia Immobilien purchased the Galleri K business block located in the center of Copenhagen for €200m. The deal is a co-investment with a German pension fund through Patrizia’s subsidiary in Denmark. Galleri K offers 13,100 sqm of retail area, 10,000 sqm of office space as well as apartments. Patrizia currently has €800m worth of real estate assets in Denmark.
