CBRE brokered the sale of the Panasonic industrial complex in Krompachy, eastern Slovakia. The property was sold to the highest bidder, but CBRE did not disclose the final price or the name of the Slovak buyer. The transaction took six months to complete. The Panasonic plant in Slovakiaās KoÅ”ice region offers 25,492 sqm of usable space.
