Premier Estate Management sold 50 apartments totaling €2.5m at Citadella Titan in Bucharest over the summer. The residential complex has just 40 apartments still on the market. Citadella Titan includes two 14-floor energy-efficient buildings.
The project became insolvent in early 2012 and was overseen by judiciary administrator Euro Insol from February 2013 to March 2014. The project has been a part of Premier Estate Management’s portfolio since 2014.
