Capital Park has put its Eurocentrum office complex on the market for PLN 724m. Located in Warsaw’s CBD, the Eurocentrum project will offer nearly 70,000 sqm of leasable space in four buildings when it is completed later this year. The first phase of the project, delivered in June 2014, added 42,337 sqm of new space to the Warsaw office market in two buildings. The second stage is scheduled for completion by the end of the year. The Polish builder Erbud is the project’s general contractor.
